In October this year, the Supreme Court of India struck down the National Judicial Appointments Commission (NJAC) as unconstitutional. To understand the implications this verdict will have on constitutional law and theory in India, The Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy hosted a panel featuring Senior Advocates Arvind Datar, AK Ganguli and Raju Ramachandran alongwith Madhav Khosla, Author of Oxford India's Short Introduction to the Constitution of India.
