A video showing an Indian woman worshipping a Labubu doll as a “Chinese god” has gone viral on social media, sparking a mix of amusement and disbelief online.

The clip, shared by user Oppressor (@TyrantOppressor) on X (formerly Twitter), shows a girl handing the quirky plush toy to her mother, claiming it is a deity from China. TThe woman first inspects the doll and then introduces it to her altar, chanting "Ram Ram ji" as the Labubu appears to greet the Indian gods. The woman then shows the doll to another family member calling it "a god from China". The man too sought blessings from the toy.

"Someone said it, people believed it, now it’s a god. Reality of idol worshippers," commented Shoaib Mohammed (@shoaibpage). Another X user Amarendra Nath Bokshi (@anbokshi) added, "It shows how Hindus respect all forms of God and faiths irrespective of it origin and geography.
