The rapid growth of the Indian information technology (IT) and IT-enabled services sector has facilitated the digitization of India and as the industry evolves, it is constantly innovating to find new verticals of growth. "We have built the customer 360 application, where as a part of that they get the insight all about the customer the news, the twitter feeds," says KPIT’s CIO & VP Mandar Marulkar, adding, “it is not only the information, we are running the analytics and helping the user to extract what is important and productive when he is in front of the customer.”

As the Indian IT industry matures, organisations are eyeing a whole host of evolving global technologies to give their turnover a boost. One such company is Mumbai based Intelenet Global Services, which is placing its bet on the field of robotics.
