Jio MAMI 2023: 8 films you cannot miss at the MAMI Mumbai Film Festival

Bradley Cooper’s Oscar tipped Maestro, Hirokazu Kore-eda’s Monster, Justine Triet’s Palme d’Or winning movie Anatomy of a Fall and Anurag Kashyap’s crime noir Kennedy will be part of the line-up. The festival which runs from October 27 to November 5, will showcase more than 250 films.

Films to watch at Jio MAMI 2023.

After a three-year hiatus, the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival is back. Spread over 10 days the curation boasts of 40 world premieres, 45 Asia premieres and 70 South Asia premieres. The spotlight this year is on new cinematic voices from South Asia.

Fans of world cinema are in for a treat as the section features 99 films from over 35 countries. Notable titles include Palme d’Or winner “Anatomy of a Fall” by Justine Triet, Bradley Cooper’s “Maestro,” Madeleine Gavin’s Sundance winner “Beyond Utopia,” “The Daughters of Fire” by Pedro Costa and Kore-eda Hirokazu’s “Monster,” among others.
