Streaming platform Disney+Hotstar have ended their partnership with HBO. Responding to a user query on Twitter, Disney+Hotstar revealed that HBO content will be unavailable on the streaming platform from March 31.
"Starting 31st March, HBO content will be unavailable on Disney+ Hotstar. You can continue enjoying Disney+ Hotstar's vast library of content spanning over 100,000 hours of TV Shows and Movies in 10 languages and coverage of major global sporting events," the 'Disney+Hotstar helps' Twitter handle wrote in its reply to the user.
The news of Disney+Hotstar ending their partnership with HBO comes after Disney CEO Bob Iger announced restructuring of the company and cost-cutting measures.
The decision to end the partnership could mean several popular shows such as 'The Succession' and 'Game of Thrones', among others will be unavailable on the Disney+Hotstar platform.

Currently, Amazon Prime Video streams HBO Max Originals such as 'The Flight Attendant' and 'Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin' in India.
