It is now three weeks into the monsoon session and so far we have seen only protests, disruptions and war of words.The congress continued their relentless attack on external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj even today. Congress VP Rahul Gandhi alleged that Sushma Swaraj's family was paid a hefty sum by Lalit Modi to keep him out of jail. Congress president Sonia Gandhi attacked Sushma saying she is well known for theatrics. The mother and son duo are leading the charge on Sushma despite the latter's explanation in parliament yesterday. Congress MPs also protested outside parliament over suspension of its 25 MPs.Now with just 4 days remaining for the monsoon session of parliament to end, will this mean that the session will be a complete wash out or can the government manage to pull a rabbit out of the hat at the last moment, and some how manage to salvage the situation. Mpre importantly did the arrogance of numbers in the lower house of parliament, cost the government?
