Few villagers of Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh have reportedly suffered health problems due to alleged clinical trials conducted by GVK Biosciences.
Commenting on the alleged involvement of the research company, Andhra Pradesh health minister DL Ravindra Reddy said that there is no evidence to prove the participation of GVK Biosciences and the investigations are being carried on to punish the guilty. So, we are checking the veracity of the evidence. We wanted to contact the person who took these people to that place and also the samples he took along.
