We’re still about seven months away from the launch of the 2024 iPhone 16 series but that hasn’t stopped the rumours and the leaks. Over the last few weeks, the buzz has centred around iOS 18 and how it’s likely to be the biggest update to the iPhone user experience. Recent reports by industry observers like Mark Gurman from Bloomberg and Jeff Pu, an analyst with Haitong International Securities have both suggested that AI is likely to dominate the iOS 18 update. Now the focus has shifted to the iPhone 16 and 16 Pro thanks to a new set of leaks around the camera module.

Tipster Majin Bu has suggested that the iPhone 16 will feature a new vertical camera module, He shared renders a few days ago on a post on X (Formerly Twitter). In an earlier post on the same platform, he also shared renders for the iPhone 16 SE camera, suggesting that the new SE will feature a single camera instead of the dual camera system on the iPhone 16 models.
