Canada-based Conquest Vehicles Inc., famous for fully armoured vehicles, has just launched its first unarmored SUV, the Evade. Featuring new headlamps, hood scoop, wraparound taillights, redesigned grille and flared fenders, the Evade presents itself with an aggressive stance, the design of which will also be adopted by the next-gen Knight XV, the company's flagship.
The Evade is built on a Ford F550 Super Duty chassis and is made using an aluminium-mild steel blend. The handles of the vehicle are made out of aluminium while other elements like the running board, steering wheel, hinges and key are stainless steel. The interiors have a mix of military style cues and 2+2 limousine-style seating with option of either a driver partition or retractable flat screen television. There will also be power windows, FLIR night vision camera systems in the front and rear, commercial grade air ride suspension, laptop trays and a third sunroof.
Conquest is offering the Evade SUV with petrol and diesel powertrain options and a 4x4 system. It is priced at Rs 3.19 crores, excluding duties.
