Users facing issues with Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant

Fresh after the launch of its latest operating system – Windows 8 – Microsoft is facing complaints from users about not being able to use the digital version of the OS, after downloading it from the official website. According to complaints posted on the Microsoft Answers website, users are facing an error in the Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant that displays the message, “The download task did not complete. Access is denied.” Users have been facing these issues despite having a clean download with no pausing or partial files.
