SP pro-farmer, but infra projects not to be affected in UP

Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Aditi Phadnis, political editor at Business Standard says that though SP has promised six times higher price for land and is evidently pro-farmer, large infrastructure projects are not likely to be affected.
