UPA too late to address leadership issues: Shekhar Gupta

Jaipal Reddy's  removal as the Union petroleum minister in Sunday's reshuffle was due to his inability to take crucial decisions, feels Shekhar Gupta, editor-in-chief Shekhar, Indian Express. Speaking on the subject, Gupta told CNBC-TV18 that the prime minsiter and his key ministers must change their style of functioning and take risks to get reforms mvinng.
 
Gupta said the UPA took too long to address lack of leadership and the challenge for the new Cabinet will be to deliver faster.
