On earlier occasions, Smriti Irani participated in the World Economic Forum at Davos as a representative of the PM Narendra Modi Cabinet and made an impact. She is no longer a minister. But this time again, senior BJP leader Smriti Irani is going to make her presence felt at Davos. Smriti Irani will be in Davos to participate in WEF 2025.

As the Founder and Chairperson of the Alliance for Global Good, Smriti is set to play a pivotal role in advancing global conversations on equity, inclusion, and sustainable development. The programmes at the We-Lead Lounge organised by her “Alliance for Global Good” will serve as a cornerstone for impactful discussions. The lounge will host sessions on emerging technologies, sustainable practices, and leadership frameworks that prioritise inclusivity.

The agenda of team Smriti is to engage with senior executives of Fortune 500 companies to establish boardroom diversity programs and leadership mentoring for emerging talent. Investment in women-led businesses and initiatives promoting digital and technical skills. Apart from organising sessions with stakeholders, Smriti Irani’s individual engagements and their strategic impact is likely to be strengthening alliances with influential leaders & leveraging their platforms to amplify the mission of the Alliance for Global Good.
