When train carrying 200 UP Police exam candidates split into two: Isolated, where to go?

An express train carrying around 200 UP Police Recruitment Exam candidates split into two parts early Sunday morning, leaving its last eight coaches stranded on tracks in Bijnor.

The incident happened around 4 am and the detached coaches eventually came to a halt near Raipur village, causing confusion and anxiety among the passengers.

According to officials, last eight bogies of the Ganga Sutlej Express separated near Chakrajmal. No passengers were injured in the incident.

Railway officials and local police had to make arrangements for the candidates to transport them to their exam centers in three buses.
