Voting is underway in 59 constituencies across six states and a Union Territory, in the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha election.
While polling continues in Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal, Delhi and Haryana are voting entirely in this phase.
Delhi is witnessing a three-way contest between the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Just like in Delhi, Congress failed to secure an alliance with the Samajwadi Party (SP) and the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP). This has turned Uttar Pradesh into a three-way contest too, with the possibility of Congress and the gathbandhan's vote bank being shared.
