Delhi’s air quality improved on Sunday, with the AQI dipping below 300 for the first time in 33 days, according to data released by the Central Pollution Control Board. In fact, the air quality index went down for all major metros.

Chennai’s AQI was 24, one of the lowest among Indian cities. Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Kolkata also had AQI levels below 100.

Bengaluru had an AQI of 59, while Kolkata and Hyderabad recorded AQI levels of 85 and 84.
