Maharashtra portfolio allocation: Full list of ministers and their portfolios

Eknath Shinde has been given urban development & housing and public works. Deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar will continue as the finance minister.

The Mahayuti government led by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis allocated portfolios to the Maharashtra Cabinet on Saturday. Fadnavis has kept the home ministry and law while deputy chief minister Eknath Shinde has been given urban development & housing and public works. Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar will continue as the finance minister.

The BJP-led Mahayuti alliance, comprising the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Shiv Sena, and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), achieved a resounding victory in the November 20 assembly elections, securing 230 of the 288 seats. Following the triumph, Devendra Fadnavis, Eknath Shinde, and Ajit Pawar were sworn in as key leaders of the government on December 5.
