US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard said she is confident that the partnership between America and India will continue to grow and strengthen. Emphasizing on the decades-old 'strong partnership' between India and the United States, she said that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Donald Trump's leadership, ties between the two nations will continue to grow.
She said just like Trump's 'America First' policy, PM Modi is committed to the 'India First' approach. "Just like President Trump, PM Modi is committed to peace. The partnership between our two countries has been strong for decades and under the leadership of two great leaders two great friends - President Trump and Prime Minister Modi - and rooted in our shared values of peace and freedom, security and prosperity, I am confident that this partnership between our two nations and our leaders will continue to grow and strengthen," the National Intelligence chief said.

"President Trump remains committed to achieving peace through a strategy of realism and pragmatism," the National Intelligence chief highlighted, reinforcing his commitment to global peace through practical means.
Gabbard met PM Modi on Monday and held discussions on wide-ranging topics including terrorism, maritime security and cyber security cooperation. She presented a 'Rudraksh mala' to the Prime Minister.
