Haryana reports 12 new Covid cases: Gurugram sees 10 fresh cases, 2 reported from Faridabad

Gurugram reported the major share — 10 new Covid cases — out of the 12 new cases recorded in the state of Haryana on Sunday.

PTI quoted officials as saying that only 2 other cases were reported from the rest of Haryana, while 10 Covid cases were alone reported from Gurugram district, .

According to the state health department, the number of active cases in the state on Sunday was 100 while it has reported a total of 181 cases this year.

Unlike drugs that are given to people with a diseased, vaccines are given to healthy people and also vulnerable sections such as children, pregnant women and the elderly. So rigorous tests are compulsory. History says that the fastest time it took to develop a vaccine is five years, but it usually takes double or sometimes triple that time.
