The Indian Premier League (IPL) auction for the 2024 season will be held on Tuesday, December 19, as all 10 teams look to add firepower to their existing squads to put themselves in prime position to win the title next summer.
A total of 333 players, including 214 Indian players, will go under the hammer next week and a maximum of 77 slots are available with up to 30 being slotted for overseas players.
Rs 2 crore is the highest reserve price with 23 players choosing to be slotted in the highest bracket. 13 players are in the auction list with a base price of Rs 1.5 crore
