A slew of developers have lined up for the coveted event which includes marquee names like Lodha, Godrej Properties, Mahindra Lifespaces, L&T Realty, Purvankara, Antriksh, Brigade, Ireo, Kalpataru, Ruparel, WTC, SD Corp, Ozone Group and Radius among others. In Abu Dhabi, the event will be held on 11th & 12th December' 2015 at Grand Millennium, Al Wahada while at Sydney, it will be held on 12th & 13th December' 2015 at Gold Room, Hotel Mantra Parramatta.
Bling Events has been changing the way real estate events are conducted and has been making records that are hitherto not been thought off. Organizing its 1st event, IRR Dubai early this year in February, Bling Events has been conducting a range of events thereafter all across the globe. Initially acclaimed for introducing Indian properties to International Shores, Bling has also made successful entry into the Indian markets with the recently concluded IRR in October across New Delhi, Bangalore & Mumbai. The two day event was concluded with over 6000 foot falls & final transactions of over 125 properties. In the month of November, it has conducted IRR in Dubai, which saw over 60 final closures worth USD 10 million.
Last week it has similar success with Emprasa Smart City, a project on Bangalore dedicated for start-ups, wherein it sold over 450+ units in just 3 days in global launch events conducted across 10 cities in 7 nations. Its unprecedented success with Emprasa made some industry veterans compare Bling’s capability in selling real estate faster than smart phones.
The company now wants to go aggressive with the frequency of the events being conducted and expanding the footprint to widen the geographical coverage. It also aims to launch the next generation tech platforms for showcasing the developer projects during the events virtual 3D and augmented realty.
