Commenting on the joint venture Mr. Pradeep Dadha, CEO, Netmeds stated that “as an employer with a sizeable staff, we recognized a chronic problem that plagued every HR professional regarding prescription drug and other health related expenditures. Search for pharmaceutical receipts, many of which are misplaced, followed by cueing up with the various receipts to be submitted to HR, have them documented and approved. The entire process is agonizing, time consuming, and inevitably costly for both HR and the employee.”

Ravi Krishnan, Co- Founder and CEO added, “Stepathlon, in partnership with some of India’s biggest employers, has built a community around the concept of wellness, and we’ve earned the support of HR departments by proving that the benefits of reduced absenteeism and increased productivity and engagement are real.  The partnership with Netmeds fits with our philosophy, of making it easier for employees to stay healthy within their busy lives whilst also adding administrative convenience for the organizations for which they work.
