Lancelot D'Cunha, CEO at ITI Wealth management told CNBC-TV18, "Unitech has been restructuring and given that its debt is likely to come off we have seen a couple of more launches happen and the real estate market has started to move, so that demand which is there is picking up and is favourable for Unitech."
"So going forward I think you will see that the company will look a lot healthier may be over the next two quarters and that could give it a significant boost. So Rs 27-28 is definitely something that one can keep a target for," he said.
