Solar Industries up 7% on Rs 443 crore order win

The company has bagged an order from Singareni Collieries Company (SCCL) for the supply of 163911.20 MT explosives worth Rs 443.44 crore for the financial year 2016-17 and 2017-18.

Moneycontrol BureauShare prices of Solar Industries India gained 7 percent intraday Friday as it has bagged an order worth Rs 443.44 crore."The company has bagged an order from Singareni Collieries Company (SCCL) for the supply of 163911.20 MT explosives worth Rs 443.44 crore for the financial year 2016-17 and 2017-18," as per BSE release.The company's fourth quarter (Q4) net profit rose 20 percent at Rs 48.22 crore against net profit of Rs 40.10 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.At 11:50 hrs Solar Industries India was quoting at Rs 3,240, up Rs 157.85, or 5.12 percent on the BSE.Posted by Rakesh Patil
