Siti Cable Network, Dish TV up 3-11% on possible joint venture

Moneycontrol BureauShares of Siti Cable Network and Dish TV rose 11.6 percent and 2.5 percent respectively intraday Friday on possibility of a joint venture. Siti Cable Network in its meeting held on January 21, 2016, has approved the formation of a new company in joint venture with Dish TV India.In the new JV Siti will subscribe memorandum of the new company for 4800 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 48000.Siti Cable Network's extra ordinary general meeting (EGM) is scheduled to be held on February 04, 2016.Posted by Rakesh Patil
