Ashu Madan of Religare Securities told CNBC-TV18, "I am not a great fan of PSU banks but having said that, I would still say at this juncture, post demonetisation, the extension to the existing Chairman, being the largest bank - SBI and probably there would be some play available for banks with the kind of money they have collected. So I would say, wait for some time.""As of now it is hold though I am not too gung-ho on PSU stocks, SBI is still somewhat exemption to the overall basket of PSU. So everything put together being the largest bank I would say let us see how things pan out post demonetisation, the negatives are already in the price, so hold for some time," he added.
