UR Bhat, Managing Director of Dalton Capital Advisors told CNBC-TV18, "Private sector banks are the one who have negotiated all the problems in the economy very well. When the economy does better they would do even better. Especially because the canvas is being opened up to them as far as the capturing of the growth is concerned because public banks are not in a position to capture the growth because of lack of capital. They are the best bets delta that they offer will be the best in the whole market."
At 11:07 hrs ICICI Bank was quoting at Rs 1,603.25, up Rs 4.40, or 0.28 percent. It has touched a 52-week high of Rs 1,617.85.
