Harendra Kumar of Elara Capital told CNBC-TV18, "We think that Oberoi Realty's Borivali launch has met up with a very good response and the next trigger for the stock is of course their Worli launch. We are selectively turning positive on real estate given that the commercial space has already started seeing higher absorption rate and select macro markets are also seeing traction in terms of residential properties.""Both Bangalore and Mumbai look attractive and for Mumbai there is actually only one player which is Oberoi Realty which is a quality play out here.
