Rajat Bose of rajatkbose.com told CNBC-TV18, "Diversification is definitely the best way to go.Lupin, Sun Pharma and Dr Reddy's Lab are bluechips, yet sectoral risk is always higher than a diversified portfolio. So, from that perspective, definitely getting into Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) is warranted."He further added, "Sun Pharmaceuticals' technicals suggest that it may take longer time to actually get into an uptrend. And whereas HDFC is already in an uptrend, it has advanced quite a bit, but still there is a good potential, immediately about 100 points or so from the current levels and over the long-term, one year or more, you could actually look forward to a target of Rs 1,700 going forward. That could happen in one year or two years or whatever that is. But HDFC, as of now, given the choice that I have that the Sun Pharma or HDFC, I would definitely vote for HDFC."
