Jagdish Malkani, member, NSE told CNBC-TV18, "I think there is still a lot of pain in the real estate sector generally but on the other hand I would rather be in familiar territory. In real estate I still like Godrej Properties at these levels and even Bombay Dyeing has come down greatly in terms of the land bank issue. So, there is other play but in general one knows realty is in distress."
On March 5, 2014 Godrej Properties closed at Rs 165.75, down Rs 0.10, or 0.06 percent.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 296.97 and 52-week low Rs 153.90 on 09 May, 2013 and 30 January, 2014, respectively.
