Ravi Menon, IT Analyst at Centrum Broking told CNBC-TV18, "We prefer the niche players like eClerx and Infotech Enterprises in technology space. eClerx in particular looks attractive even at current levels. It is trading at about 10.7-11 times one-year forward earnings and we have a price target of Rs 1,260 based on 11 times one-year forward on December 2014."
"They are 100 percent offshore player. We think that if concerns about immigration reforms start resurfacing that is another positive trigger for eClerx," Menon said.
At 14:32 hrs eClerx Services was quoting at Rs 1,032.10, down Rs 16.35, or 1.56 percent.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 1,247.70 and 52-week low Rs 599.00 on 14 November, 2013 and 25 March, 2013, respectively.
