Prefer ADAG stocks, says Anand Tandon

Anand Tandon, Market Expert told CNBC-TV18, "The key thing to worry about is telecom. One thing that you have to remember is that telecom unlike other industrial products that Reliance makes is consumer business and therefore you cannot actually get people to buy it even if they don't want to buy it. So, really speaking that is the key which will drive the price. If the launch is successful and it is actually able to garner the kind of subscribers that one is expecting it to then it will put a lot of pressure on the competition. I don't know how much money it will make for Reliance itself but at least it will get the ball rolling. You have got a huge investment USD 15 billion plus made in that sector without zero revenues coming out of it, at least it will start the ball rolling." "Actually between the Reliance groups my own preference is for the younger brother. I think the stars seem to be aligned there better. So, if you really have to look at where the leadership will come from, I would take a bet on Anil Ambani," he said.
