Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "DB Realty is not as an investing idea at all, not even as a position trade but for momentum traders who can enter now and get after four or five days, DB Realty charts are very attractive."

"It is making a bullish head and shoulder and breaking out of it. It has already broken out. So if you understand that you want to get out quickly it is a buying opportunity," he added.
