Gautam Trivedi, MD & CEO of Religare Capital Markets told CNBC-TV18, "I am looking at ranged trading, I think market unfortunately is going to be little bit range bound between now and I guess even until December when the Fed finally decides what to do with whether they are going to hike rates or not. However, sector wise we are still positive on IT though IT hasn’t reacted as much as it usually does when the currency depreciates. So, we like IT, we like the passenger car business and commercial vehicle (CV) space.""We are not necessarily recommending consumers at this point given extremely high valuations. In metals there is very limited appetite; no interest really in that space, infrastructure and real estate again no interest. So, there are certain sectors that have traditionally been out of favour for the last several years and that continues to remain the case. Private sector banks is where there is considerable interest, but in PSU unfortunately still no interest," he said.
