Lanco Infra, Siyaram Silk, Man Ind down 4-11% on poor numbers

Moneycontrol BureauShares price of Lanco Infratech, Siyaram Silk Mills, Jaiprakash Associates and Man Industries declined 4-11 percent intraday Monday on the back of poor numbers declared by the companies for the quarter ended June 2016.Shares of Jaiprakash Associates plunged nearly 10 percent intraday Monday as it Q1 net loss widened to Rs 603 crore versus loss of Rs 482.4 crore, in the same quarter last fiscal.The company's EBITDA shed 29.5 percent at Rs 213.6 crore and EBITDA margin was down at 12.3 percent.Share price of Siyaram Silk Mills fell 9 percent as its Q1 net profit was down 22.5 percent at Rs 10 crore and its EBITDA was down 3.9 percent at Rs 29.8 crore.Lanco Infratech slipped 4.5 percent intraday Monday as its consolidated Q1 net loss has increased to Rs 448.9 crore versus loss of Rs 316.3 crore, while the company's EBITDA was up 52.7 percent at Rs 484.6 crore.Shares of Man Industries tumbled 11 percent as its Q1 net profit fell 46.9 percent at Rs 9.3 crore and total income was down 24.5 percent at Rs 306 crore.Posted by Rakesh Patil
