Ircon International shares jumped more than 3 percent in the opening trade on July 21 following the company's joint ventures received a project worth total value of Rs 755,78,21,993.63.
At 09:23am, Ircon International was quoting at Rs 193.00, up Rs 6.05, or 3.24 percent, on the BSE.
Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has awarded a Letter of Award for the project to the joint ventures of company with JPWIPL (i.e., IRCON – 70% & JPIWL – 30%).
The IRCON's share win this contract is Rs 529,04,75,395.53.

Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has awarded the work to Ircon International for 220 kV receiving substation including 220 kV, 33kV & 25kV Cabling Work, Complete 25kV Overhead Catenary System along with switching station, 33kV Auxiliary Power Distribution System Including 33/0.415 kV Auxiliary Sub-Station (ASS) and Complete SCADA System, Electrical and Mechanical works, Lift & Escalator Works for part of Main Line, Stations & Kasheli Depot of Mumbai Metro Rail Line 5 Project of MMRDA Including 5 Years of Comprehensive Maintenance after 2 Years of Defect Liability and Maintenance Period.
The said contract value is Rs 471.29 crore and euro 2,837,178.
Also, MMRDA has awarded the work of Rs 642.44 crore and euro 2,788,168.31 to Ircon International for Line 6 [Swami Samarth Nagar to Vikhroli (EEH)] of Mumbai Metro Rail Project.
The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 327.95 and a 52-week low of Rs 134.30 on 23 July, 2024 and 03 March, 2025, respectively.
Currently, the stock is trading 41.15 percent below its 52-week high and 43.71 percent above its 52-week low.
The market capitalisation of the company stands at Rs 18,151.95 crore.
The share price fell 38 percent in the last one-year.
