Gammon India rises 16% on order win of Rs 869 cr from NHAI

Moneycontrol BureauShares of Gammon India rose 16 percent intraday Thursday as it has bagged a project worth Rs 869 crore.The company has been awarded the project by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for four laning of Hospet - Bellary - Karnataka / AP border on NH-63 in the state of Karnataka.The project has been awarded under National Highways Development Project (NHDP) Phase-IVB on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis.The value of the said project is Rs 869,99,99,993.At 09:21 hrs Gammon India was quoting at Rs 16.20, up Rs 1.60, or 10.96 percent on the BSE.Posted by Rakesh Patil
