Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "Stock specific in a choppy market there are buying and selling opportunities. I am suggesting buying Voltas and Power Grid. Both of these stocks have had spectacular run ups. After the run ups, the stocks has been sideways, very narrow movement and it does appear that the sideways movement will eventually break on the upside because the trend is up on both of them. So, there are two buy ideas - Voltas and Power Grid." "The third stock is GAIL India which is a short sell. The stock has come in my short sell list repeatedly and that keeps on coming. It is now going through a significant correction," he said. "Lupin is not a chart where I would be willing to buy. It is going sideways, and every time it rallies there is significant resistances and this stock starts correcting again. So, it is an avoid at best." "Engineers India (EIL) has a much better chart after a big decline. It has got its act together and is already in an uptrend. The gains we are seeing are probably likely to be sustained, so for a short-term trader any intraday dip or consolidation is a buy. You are probably getting more higher prices in the next two days."
