Buy TVS Motor, Arvind, Aurobindo Pharma: Ashish Chaturmohta

Ashish Chaturmohta of Sanctum Wealth Management told CNBC-TV18, "My first pick would be TVS Motor. Today we have seen an addition of almost 15 percent in terms of open interest, clearly on the long side. The stock is trading at its all-time high and it is a major triangle break out. So, this stock has a potential to test minimum Rs 365-370 kind of levels in next 3-5 trading sessions. One can initiate a long position keeping a stop loss below Rs 332 for an upside target of Rs 370-375.""My second pick would be a long idea on Arvind. This is a major break out after almost a year’s consolidation and we have seen addition of almost 8-9 percent in terms of open interest clearly on the long side. So, a long idea with a stop loss below Rs 332 and on the upside, one can expect a target of Rs 365 in the short-term whereas on the positional side, this stock has a potential to test Rs 400-420 kind of levels. So, Arvind looks very strong for good 15-20 percent upside in the next 1-2 months," he said."My other bet would be a long idea in Aurobindo Pharma. The stock has given a major break out above Rs 830 mark after almost one and half years of consolidation. Today, we have observed a build up of almost 8-9 percent in terms of open interest addition. Clearly, this stock has a potential to cross its previous all-time high which is around Rs 900 levels. So, one can initiate a long position keeping a stop loss below Rs 815 for an upside target of Rs 890."
