Buy SAIL, Sintex, TVS Motors, GMDC: Pankaj Jain

One may go long on Steel Authority of India (SAIL). For the last month or so the stock has been a serious outperformer and most of the metal stocks have rallied and SAIL has been consistently creeping going up and in the last two-three days the stock has shown positive momentum and with positive Chinese data coming, it is expected that metal stocks could see further rally. One may go long on Sintex Industries. In last three-four days we have seen strong volumes on relative basis in Sintex and post Q2 performance, which was much ahead of what market was expecting Sintex has bounced back. We have seen positive momentum coming back into decent midcap stocks which were beaten out of shape. One may go long on TVS Motor Company. This has been most outperforming stock in the last two-three weeks and though we have seen that outperformance is coming back into automobile sector especially two wheeler packs. TVS Motors has been one of the best stocks and in Friday's trading we saw the stock surged by about 6 percent and it is now very close to its last serious resistance of about Rs 52-53. One may go long on Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC). The action that was seen in the stock in Friday's trading and relative strength index (RSI) indicators point that momentum in this stock would be there in today's trading and in days to come and with action back into metal stocks, mining stocks, we believe that GMDC is rightly poised for some more action into this trading.
