Chandan Taparia of Anand Rathi Securities told CNBC-TV18, "We have selected many stocks by looking at the broader market picture. Many of the stocks from NBFC, auto and FMCG are on the radar to witness the first leg of rally. We are suggesting to go long on Castrol India. The stock has formed a multiple bottom and also taken the support at the previous hurdle of July, 2014. So, a bounce back move cannot be ruled out as short covering move is also witnessed in the counter. Recommending to buy with a stoploss of Rs 380 with a target of Rs 400."He further added, "We are recommending to go long on Tata Motors as well. Yesterday, the stock has seen strong rally, hit fresh 52-week high and the momentum cannot be ruled out towards high levels. So recommending to buy a 460 Call for a target of Rs 27. One can put the stoploss near Rs 13.""Apart from that, selective financial counters are looking strong. Mahindra & Mahindra Financial looks strong for Rs 345. One can buy with a stoploss of Rs 320.""Yesterday, we have seen significant open interest addition in PTC India and the stock has given a breakout above Rs 70 levels. It is trading at 11 months high and also forming a strong price pattern. So, this momentum may be seen towards Rs 78-80 levels. So, one can buy with a stoploss of Rs 70.50 with a higher target," he said.
