Buy BPCL, target Rs 940: Yogesh Mehta

Yogesh Mehta of Motilal Oswal recommends buying Bharat Petroleum Corporation for a target of Rs 940.

Yogesh Mehta of Motilal Oswal told CNBC-TV18, "In oil marketing companies (OMCs) Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) are looking good. BPCL has given up a strong set up. It has corrected almost 11-12 percent from the top of Rs 987. One can look at buying BPCL with a stop loss of Rs 865 and target would be Rs 940."At 15:23 hrs Bharat Petroleum Corporation was quoting at Rs 897.05, up Rs 33.10, or 3.83 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 902.40 and an intraday low of Rs 866.
