Buy Bajaj Hind, Shree Renuka, JP Power, Tata Tele: Jain

Very strong breakout was seen in Bajaj Hindusthan and with very heavy volumes on back of news that Indian sugar mills are seeking that import duty on raw and refined sugar should be increased to 40 percent from 15 percent. It seems that momentum in Bajaj Hindusthan is not over yet and stock could easily scale up by another 10-15 percent in the next couple of days. Taking that into background I have gone long on Bajaj Hindusthan. Shree Renuka Sugars was the best performing sugar stock in terms of percentage gain. The stock closed technically on a very strong platform and it seems with the kind of techncials that was seen we could have fresh breakout in the stock in today's trading. Taking the news that has been floating around for the sugar stocks and the kind of momentum that was seen in sugar stocks we believe that Shree Renuka Sugars is headed much higher in today's trading session. One may go long on Jaiprakash Power. This stock was buzzing around in yesterdays trading with stronger momentum and stronger volumes. With some kind of news flow floating in the market that the company may be on a look out to sell one or two plants on serious basis sort of propelled this stock on northward trajectory. JP Power seems to be one of the better ones and the momentum that was seen in yesterday's trading should continue in the stock in today's trading. One may go long on Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra). Unconfirmed news of Docomo may be thinking of investing closer to USD 1 billion in the company which fired this stock yesterday and the stock with very strong volumes moved much beyond its 200 DMA and with the kind of closing momentum that was seen in the stock we believe that the stock could head much higher in today's trading session. Taking that into consideration we have gone long on TTML for the day.
