Exit real estate stocks, says Shardul Kulkarni of Angel Broking.

Kulkarni told CNBC-TV18, "In the whole real estate pack except for Godrej Properties we have seen that the real estate sector has been underperforming the market in a big way. Unitech definitely one of those stocks wherein you are seeing that every high that you get in the stock that is selling pressure that comes in and there is no sign of a base formation at least in the past few trading sessions.
