Kotak AMC underweight on autos

Alroy Lobo, Chief Strategist Global Head - Equity Asset mgmt, Kotak AMC is underweight on autos.

Lobo told CNBC-TV18, "We have positioned on autos, we have an underweight on autos. Autos per se is impacted by various parameters. One, is the high interest cost, this is clearly a leverage consumption product, so obviously it gets impacted. Second, is fuel cost are rising and raw material cost has been pretty high, so earnings of auto companies would definitely be under stress.
