Kolte Patil, DB Realty look good at current levels: Tulsian

Kolte Patil and DB Realty are looking good at current levels, says SP Tulsian, sptulsian.com.

Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, “Kolte Patil and DB Realty, both the stocks look good on the fundamental-basis, but again both have the news – Kolte Patil because of the launch of two new projects in Pune and in DB Realty, we have seen that Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has acquired 12.5 lakh shares and DB Realty has released two advertisements in the newspapers for their Prabhadevi and Goregaon projects.”
He further added, “So that have also revived the interest in DB Realty, which otherwise has not participated in the real estate rally, which we have been seeing for the last one week or so. So again both are in the mid-cap real estate space with a very good valuation at the current rate also. So because of these we have been seeing the value buying coming into both the stocks.”
