Tata Motors and M&M are top picks in auto space, says Nitin Raheja, CIO, AQF Advisors.
Raheja told CNBC-TV18, “Among the auto names two stocks that we like, one is Tata Motors purely because the valuations yet represent a very attractive case for investing in the company and with Europe also starting to ease out little bit I think it is all good news from Tata Motors perspective.”
He further added, “The other one that we like really is Mahindra and Mahindra, because it has clearly got its act right as far as the utility space and it is in a sweet part as far as that part of the business is concerned.”
“The pharma space has been weighed down in the last one month by this whole policy which has been talked about. The overall impact is going to be marginal, not very tremendous. A lot of the larger companies have a well diversified model from a domestic and an export business run so forth. So in that sense yes, I think within pharma we do find interesting opportunities. We have liked Wockhardt in that space, we have liked a midcap company called Alembic Pharma in that space and so on so forth.”
