Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "There is nothing in Welspun Corp to suggest that the investor should hold on to it. It is not one of the better stocks. Markets are in a weak position, so I would suggest that one should get out."
"Let the investor exit, but if at all the investor wants to put money as a long-term investment then it would be banks even though banks are coming down. Banks are the best options at least for a long-term investor," Sukhani said.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 121.90 and 52-week low Rs 42.15 on 05 July, 2012 and 11 June, 2013, respectively. Currently, it is trading 65.09 percent below its 52-week high and 0.95 percent above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 1,118.85 crore.
