Upadhyaya told CNBC-TV18, "Some of our portfolios are overweight on telecom, there we have gained a bit. In most of the portfolios we are either equal weight or overweight, so to that extent that trade has worked out well. The intention there was to get into the sector when there is semblance of pricing power returning back to the sector and some of the regulatory hurdles going away. I think we still continue to be positive on the sector and continue to hold those weights." Bharti Airtel's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 20.32 per share. (Sep, 2012). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 16.97. The latest book value of the company is Rs 130.16 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 2.65. The dividend yield of the company was 0.29%.
Bharti Airtel touched its 52-week high Rs 400.90 and 52-week low Rs 238.50 on 03 February, 2012 and 30 August, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading 13.99% below its 52-week high and 44.57% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 130,938.84 crore.
