In infrastructure space DLF and IVRCL Infra are very interesting picks from a short-term perspective and can probably build upto a very long-term investment portfolio, says Kunal Bothra, Sr Technical Analyst, LKP.
Bothra told CNBC-TV18, "Many of the Infra stocks or the real estate pack are giving an indication that they are building a very good bottom over here. So, again it is too far from an investment point of view. I would probably want to trade these stocks and catch on to the momentum rather than invest. I think many of infra stocks, like DLF, IVRCL Infra are very interesting picks from a short-term and can probably build upto a very long-term investment portfolio." The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 6.13 per share. (Sep, 2012). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 36.44. The latest book value of the company is Rs 85.34 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 2.62. The dividend yield of the company was 0.9%.
